本文给出了在只有一个高密软盘驱动器上如何制作、运行ＵＣＤＯＳ汉字系统支持下的ｄＢＡＳＥⅡ（或ＦｏｘＢＡＳＥ＋）数据库管理系统教学软件的一种方法．通过对ＵＣＤＯＳ汉字系统中的几个基本模块进行改造，然后将其和数据库管理系统ｄＢＡＳＥⅡ（或ＦｏｘａＢＡＳＥ＋）放在一张高密软磁盘上，从而可以实现从微机的启动引导到数据库操作的全过程单软盘运行．它既可满足只有一个高密软盘驱动器且无硬盘的微机用户和网络机终端的单独使用，又可避开公用机房中病毒的交叉感染，还可以减少操作过程中因反复更换磁盘所带来的不便和可能出现的误操作，从而有助于降低对微机硬件的配置要求，节约设备经费，提高实验课时的利用率，进而达到提高教学效果的目的．

he article deals with one method of how toproduce and operate the teaching software of the Data BaseManagement System dBASE Ⅱ(or FoxBAGE+) supported bythe Chinese System of UCDOS on a single high -density disk.Firat,transform some of the modules of UCDOS and thenput them on a high-density disk together with dBASEⅢ(or FoxBASE+).In this way we'll have the wholeoperation process of one soft disk from the startingguide of a microcomputer to the operation of the DataBase Management System. This method can not onlymeet the need of the individual use of the computer user with merely one high soft disk driver but without ahard one,and of the computer network terminal user,but also aviod the virus crossed infections in the publiccomputer laboratory.It can also reduce the inconveniences and possible misoperations caused by the frequent change of a disk. What's more,it can help lowerthe standard in computer allocation and save funds.Itis better to make use of the laboratory courses as fullyas possible and improve the teaching quality.
