加强客户端用电安全管理的分析

随着电力体制改革的深化,供电企业与电力客户之间的产权界定有了新的划分,客户端用电不安全事件时有发生,对电网安全运行造成影响。对客户端用电管理进行了调查分析,提出了建立供、用、管“三位一体”的客户端电气安全管理机制,从根本上解决客户端电气安全管理中存在的问题,理顺电气安全管理秩序。

The reformation of electric power system has a new borderline between the property right of the power supply company and electro-client.And now the client electro-safety is on the verge of breaking out,which we should pay more attention to. By means of the investigation and analysis, the power supply company,the client and the government should establish a client electro-safety management system,which may use the idea of the safety management of the power supply company for reference. We can establish and perfect the electro-safety management system of the whole society,which is a way of solving client electro-safety management fundamentally and can put electrosafety management in order.
