腹腔镜联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位症

Combinative Treatment of Laparoscopic Operation and Pharmacotherapy for Endometriosis

目的 探讨腹腔镜手术联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位症的远期疗效。方法 对112例子宫内膜异位症患者行腹腔镜手术联合药物治疗的情况进行回顾性分析。结果 112例子宫内膜异位症患者在腹腔镜下行手术治疗后，联合药物治疗3～6个月，复发率4．5％（5／112）。其中44例合并不孕症者术后联合药物治疗的妊娠率为61．4％（27／44）。结论 腹腔镜手术联合术后药物治疗子宫内膜异位症，具有复发率低、受孕率高的优点，治疗效果可靠。

Objective To study the long-term effects of combination of lapamscopic operation and pharmacotherapy on endometriosis. Method 112 cases of endometriosis who accepted combinative treatment of laparoscopic operation and phamacotherapy were analyzed retrospectively. Results After accepting laparoscopic operation,112 patients were treated with drugs for 3 ～ 6 months. The recurrent rate was 4.5% （5/112）. The pregnant rate was 61.4% （27/44） in 44 cases complicated with infertility. Conclusions Laparoscopic operation combined with pharmacotherapy for endometriosis is effective and reliable with low recurrent rate and high pregnant rate.
