本文涉及电子票据及其认证，尤其是负责性认证。文中阐述了构成好的数字签名体制的条件、签名规约与公钥密码技术之间的关系。并介绍了几种较适于应用的签名算法及其验证算法。

This paper is related to electronic bills and their authntication, Especially to responsibility authentication. On which the condition to construct a fine digital signature system,the DS protcol and the relation between DS and public key cryptography has been explained. Some DS algorithms and their verification preferable to use are there also.
