闭气塞自动检测装置串口通讯程序的设计与实现

摘要 介绍了一种基于PC+PLC控制系统闭气塞自动检测装置.从装置的工作原理和通讯要求出发,详细讨论了闭气塞自动检测装置在自由口通讯模式下,上位机和PLC通讯的通讯格式和实现方法.结果表明:基于自由口通讯方式的上位机+PLC的自动检测控制系统,测试效率比以往人工测试高出10倍以上,且性能稳定,可靠性高. An automatic detecting device, based on PC + PLC control system was introduced. In view of its principle and requirements of communications, the realization of PC and PLC and their communication patterns were discussed when the automatic detecting device for gas lock valve is in a serial communication mode. The result showed that PLC and PC detecting systems, based on a serial communication mode could improve their detecting efficiency ten times higher than the old one. Besides, their performance is stable and reliable.
