摘要
在硬件纹理加速体重建算法的基础上,提出了两种模拟三维数据切割的方法:利用深度缓存实现和利用离散距离场实现.由于使用了图形硬件加速,所提出的算法达到了交互速度,可以应用在手术模拟等诸多三维切割应用中.
Volume data cutting plays a crucial part in medical image probing, computer assisted diagnosis, virtual surgery, etc. Based on hardware-accelerated texture-based volume rendering algorithm, this paper proposed two methods for volume cutting, which are based on either depth buffer or discrete distance field. Due to the hardware accelerated implementation, the proposed algorithms achieve interactive display rate and can be used in volume cutting applications such as surgery simulation and so on.
