摘要
导出了多齿差摆线齿轮泵的瞬时流量、排量、平均流量和流量脉动的计算公式,分析了影响流量脉动的主要因素。结果表明,适当选择摆线齿轮的设计参数,可以减小流量脉动。并指出:采用优化设计方法来选择摆线齿轮的设计参数,可得到满足性能要求的设计结果。
Based on the theory of meshing, this paper give the theoretical formula for calculation of flow characteristic of Cycloidal pump with multi - tooth number difference, and analyzed the main factor that influenced on the flow pulsation in the pump. The results show that selected design parameter properly can decrease the flow pulsation. The author also give an advice to selected the design parameter using optimization method that would gain consequence that satisfied desire of designer.
