挖泥船专用泥浆泵齿轮箱设计研究

摘要 结合国内现有加工水平,改进挖泥船传统泥浆泵系统设计,提出了高速柴油机一高弹联轴器一齿轮箱泥浆泵设计方案,将泥浆泵和齿轮箱作为一体,人大减小了体积,减轻了重量,节省厂造价。本文不仅介绍了整体设计思路,而且对其中关键部分也有详尽的说明。该设计已被“百船工程”采纳,并已广泛地应用到挖泥船中,使用寿命等于甚至超过原来的传统设计。 Based on domestic machining level, the traditional dredging ship mud pump system design is improved. High speed idesel engine, coupler and mad pump gearbox system is put forward. Mad pump gearbox units the mad pump and gearbox into a box. The cubage, weight and cost are greatly decreased. In this paper, not only the whole design scheme is introduced, but also the designs of key components are illuminated exhaustively. This design has been adopted by "Hundred Ships Project" and used widely in the dredging ships. The service life of this special mad pump gearbox equals to and exceeds the traditional one.
