对于面向客户定制的生产和系列化产品来讲,由于不同产品的零部件之间存在相似性,可以建立类BOM来降低不同产品的BOM数量,以便于BOM的管理。本文介绍了类BOM的建立过程、类BOM的概念模型以及类BOM的匹配设计语言描述,最后给出了基于XML的类BOM的实现。

There is comparability between different components of products for a customer - oriented production and serial products. In order to manage BOM conveniently, a generic structure BOM can be constructed to reduce the amount of different BOM. This paper introduces the process of constructing a generic BOM, and the concept model of a generic BOM, and the the descriptions of a generic BOM based on a programming language notation. Finally, a implementation of a generic BOM based on XML is given.
