摘要
分析注塑螺纹自动脱模机构,针对带有内螺纹的瓶盖,设计了利用螺旋传动自动脱内螺纹的注塑模具。模具的特点在于利用注塑机顶出动作,由安装在推板上的螺母驱动螺杆,将直线运动转变成旋转运动,经齿轮传动使螺纹型芯旋转,塑件自动脱出。模具结构简单,工作可靠。
A plastic injection mould characterized by a screw - driven mechanism is designed for the bottle cap with internal thread. During the ejecting process, the screw rod, which is driven by the screw nut inserted in the eject plate, rotates the screw core via the gear train, resulting in the automatically demoulding of the internal thread.
