摘要
激烈而残酷的市场竞争环境迫使企业采用新的方式———大规模定制生产模式建立或维持企业的竞争优势地位。这要求企业的组织机构必须与大规模定制生产模式相适应,企业才能从中获益。设计组织机构就要考虑设计恰当的集分权、较好的协调和控制机制以及灵活的组织结构--产品小组结构,以及相互之间的配合。
Firms now employ a new mode- mass customization mode- to build up or maintain competitive advantage position in cruel mar from the muss customization mode unless the formal organizational structure matches this new mode. Firms must design the appropriate location of decision- making responsibilities within that structure- the choice between centralization and decentralization, the proper integrating mechanisms and control systems, and the flexible structure - product team. And all these different elements of the organizational structure must be internally consistent.
