摘要
针对三氟化硼-苯甲醚化学交换反应精馏体系,建立了稳态数学模型,求解了平衡常数与温度的关系,得到了硼同位素分离过程的分离规律。考察了温度和回流比对富集段和稀释段的分离结果和最小理论板数的影响,并对工艺设计进行模拟计算,结果表明采用较低的温度与较大的回流比可以有效地减少理论板数,降低塔高,得到高纯度10B产品。
The mathematical model of the steady-state separation of boron isotopes in the complex anisole · BF3 was established. An expression for the temperature dependence of reaction equilibrium constant was given. The process of separation of boron isotopes was solved on the model and the influence of temperature and reflux ratio on the result of separation was analyzed. The result shows that the lower temperature and the higher reflux ratio can lessen the number of theoretical plate and the height of tower, and obtain high purity ^10B product.
