技术开发是使科技转化为生产力的重要环节,通过技术开发可以加快从科研到工业化的速度,可使一定的投资发挥最大的经济效益。系统论述了技术开发的意义和内容、程序及步骤,以及技术开发中的课题选择、技术经济评价、概念设计、试验研究、基础设计和工程设计、市场开发问题。同时论述了在工艺过程开发中的关键问题。通过世界工业发达国家组织技术开发工作的实例分析,提出了我国技术开发的几种组织形式及注意事项。加强技术开发工作,对推动我国科技进步、培养人才有重大意义。

Technological development is an important link of transforming science ＆ technology into productivity, by which the science research can be speeded up for further industrialization, thus making a due investment play a full economic benefit. A discussion was made concerning the significance and content, procedure and the step of technological development, subject selection during technological development, evaluation of technical economy, concept design, experimental research, basic design and engineering design as well as market development. Meanwhile, the key problems existed in the process development were also discussed. By analysis of the instances on organization work of the technological development in the developed countries of the world, several organization styles and matters needing attention for the technological development in China were proposed. Enhancement of technological development is very significant for promoting the advance of science and technology of China and training qualified personnel.
