国产化大型电除尘器的设计及在硫酸生产中的应用

Design of Large-sized Electrostatic Precipitator Manufactured in China and Its Application in the Sulfuric Acid Production

总结了引进的大型电除尘器在硫铁矿制酸和冶炼烟气制酸装置中运行时存在问题的基础上,对单电场的有效长度、振打清灰效果等问题进行了改进,使我国自行设计、制造的硫酸生产用的大型电除尘器满足了长期稳定运行的要求,各项性能指标达到了设计要求,认为今后可以用国产化大型电除尘器代替引进设备。

This article summarizes the problems during the operation of the imported large-sized electrostatic precipitator in the pyrite-based sulfuric acid plant and smelting gas based sulfuric acid plant,and the improvements made on the effective length of the single electric field and vibrating deashing effect,such that the large-sized electrostatic precipitators for sulfuric acid production designed and manufactured in China have met the requirements for long-term stable operation,and the performance figures have satisfied the design requirements.It is considered that imported large-sized electrostatic precipitators can be substituted by those manufactured in China in the future.
