摘要
分析了传统剃齿夹具的缺陷和剃齿工艺状况,利用概率理论和三维动态仿真技术研究了剃齿过程及剃齿夹具的误差、结构和工艺性,设计制造了定位精度、刚性、寿命和可靠性均优于传统夹具的新型套筒式剃齿夹具。
The disadvantages of conventional gear-shaving fixtures and gear-shaving technology are analyzed. The gear-shaving process and errors, structures and technics of gear-shaving fixtures are studied by using probability theory and 3D dynamic simulation technology. A new sleeve fixture for gear-shaving is designed and manufactured, which has better positioning accuracy, rigidity, life-span and reliability than that of conventional gear-shaving fixtures.
