摘要
本文介绍一种在小型横列式轧机上由60mm方坯径14道轧制φ8线材的孔型系统,该孔型系统较常规的设计方法节省了两个轧制道次.经多年的生产实践证明,该孔型系统的设计是十分成功的,它对于在小型横列式轧机上生产线材具有一定的理论与实用价值.
This paper introduces a pass syStem that rolled AS wire in the open-train mill. It includes 14 passes from 60mm seuare billet to finishing, and uses two passes less than coventionat design method. This system is proved. successful in practice, and be of momentous sygnificace on theory and practice for rolling wire in the open-train mill.
