摘要
目的研究血管紧张素转换酶(angiotensin converting enzyme,ACE)基因多态性与脑梗死、高血压合并脑梗死之间的相关关系及可能机制。方法对80例脑梗死患者(其中52例为合并高血压的脑梗死)和70例健康对照者用聚合酶链反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)技术和琼脂糖凝胶电泳法分别进行ACE基因插入/缺失(Insertion/Deletion,I/D)多态性测定。分析比较脑梗死组与对照组,高血压脑梗死组与对照组之间ACE基因多态性的分布差异。结果 (1)脑梗死组DD 基因型频率(27.5%)和D等位基因频率(49.4%)与正常对照组(15.7%,40.7%)比较增高,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。(2)合并高血压的脑梗死组DD基因型和D等位基因频率(32.7%,53.8%)与对照组比较明显增高,且差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 ACE基因多态性与脑梗死无明显关联性, 但与合并高血压的脑梗死有关,可增加高血压脑梗死的发病危险。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of angiotensin converzyme(ACE) gene and cerebral infaretion, cerebral infarction with hypertension. Methods 80 patients with cerebral infaretion(52 patients with hypertension) were investigated and compared with 70 age and sex-matehed healthy control. The insertion/deletion polymerase chain reaetion(PCR). Results (1) The frequencies of DD genotype and D allele in patients with cerebral infarction(27. 5%, 49. 4%), hut they had not statistical significance(P〉0. 05). (2)The frequencies of DD genotype and D allele in patients with hypertensive cerebral infarction(32. 7%, 53. 8%) were higher than that of controls(P〈0. 05). Conclusion There was not a signifieant correlation between the polymorphism of ACE gene and cerebral infaretion. The polymorphism of ACE gene played an important role in cerebral infarction with hypertension.
