摘要
介绍了薄膜阻尼机理及其结构优化的理论,结合齿轮箱噪声产生的机理,提出了应用薄膜阻尼降低齿轮箱噪声的设计思想及方法.通过C6140主轴箱降噪实例,看到这种阻尼结构的应用效果.为齿轮箱噪声控制提供了一种新途径.
This paper introduced the mechanism and structure optimization of film damping.Combined with the mechanism of producing noise of gear - box, the design idear and maethod forreducing gear-box noise using film damping was put forward. Through the example of reducingthe main box noise of C6140, we saw the effect after using the damping structure. So anew kindOf way is provided for gear-box noise control.
