近年来,我国大力倡导建设节约型社会,把发展循环经济当作落实十六大提出的走新型工业化道路和可持续发展的重要途径,徐州市的循环经济也得到较快的发展。就徐州市发展循环经济面临的一些困难,提出相应的解决时策。
