摘要
本文提出了正弦脉冲宽度调制(SPWM)的谐振式直流环节逆变器,它可使GTR在零压下开关,从而避免了GTR二次击穿,减少了开关损耗,使系统效率大大提高,克服了整周波调制(IPWM)的谐振式直流环节逆变器所带来的谐波分量大、转矩不稳定等问题.
This paper presents a resonant DC Line inverter using Sinusoidal pulse width Modulation (SPWM). The GTR at zero volts for the duration of the swithing transient results in elimination of switching losses and selond breakdown and improvement of efficiencies. compared with the resonant dc link inverter using inaegral pulse Width Modulation (IPWM), this inverter has fewer harnomics losses and steadier touque.
