摘要
由于混凝土靶材料性能等方面的差别,使得射孔器按SY/T6297-1997《油气井射孔器评价的推荐作法》与SY/T6297.1-200《4油气井射孔器评价方法第一部分:API推荐的射孔器评价方法》进行的混凝土靶射孔试验的结果不同,而砂子粒度分布、硬度是主要影响因素。通过试验分析得出射孔器在两种混凝土靶上的穿孔深度关系,并确定了新标准条件下射孔器混凝土靶射孔试验的评价指标。
Due to the property difference of concrete target materials, different results are obtained from concrete target penetration tests, according to SY/T 6297-1997 "Recommended Practices for Evaluation of Well Perforators" and SY/T 6297.1-2004 "Evaluation Methods of Well Perforators-Part I: Recommended Practices for Evaluation of Perforators by API". Grain size distribution and hardness of sand are the main affecting factors, From tests and analysis, obtained is the relationship between the penetration depths in two kinds of concrete targets, and specified is the evaluation index of penetration depth in concrete targets under the new standard.
