四川省竞技体育教练员队伍现状调查与对策研究

Current Status of Competitive Sports Coaches in Sichuan Province and its Countermeasures

运用文献资料研究法、问卷调查法、访谈法、统计和综合分析法,对四川省属及部分市属体育局训练单位从事竞技体育的教练员及其管理部门的管理人员进行相关调查,分析四川省竞技体育教练员队伍现状,提出了四川省竞技体育教练员队伍进一步建设发展的对策,为四川省竞技体育可持续发展和战略调整提供人力资源方面的参考依据。

By using the method of documentary, questionnaire, interviewing, statistics and comprehensive analysis, the paper investigates the coaches and managers who are engaged in competitive sports training in Sichuan province and some city sports bureaus. It analyzes the current situation of competitive sports coaches in Sichuan province and puts forward strategy for further development. The paper puts forward countermeasures in human resources for sustainable development of competitive sports and provides reference on strategic adjustment in Sichuan province.
