摘要
运用文献法、调查法对太原市社会体育指导员的工作现状进行了实证研究。结果显示:太原市社会体育指导员整体人数与城市人口比例严重失调,二、三级指导员为社会体育指导第一线的骨干力量。场地器材、报酬、组织管理机构、缺乏激励机制等是制约社会体育指导员工作的主要因素。
By using the method of documentary and investigation, the paper carries an empirical research on the current situation of social sports instructors in Taiyuan city. The result shows that the number of social sports instructors is out of proportion to the overall population ; instructors of second and third - class are the backbones of social sports instructors. The main factors which restrict the instructors' behaviors are as follows: sports grounds and equipments, rewarding , administrative organization and the lack of incentive mechanism.
