摘要
通过对大鼠进行不同负荷的游泳运动,观察其大脑皮质超微结构所发生的变化。实验表明,过度训练后大鼠大脑皮质的超微结构发生了明显改变。中等强度运动后大鼠大脑皮质微血管的数量和神经细胞内线粒体的数量均有明显增加。大脑组织这种形态结构的改变可能导致其神经元功能障碍,进而引起运动性中枢疲劳的发生。
Through observing the changes of ultra - structure of cerebral cortex in rats after different exercise load swim training, the result shows that the ultra -structure in rats'cerebral cortex was changed after overtraining. The moderate - exercise training can increase the quantity of cerebral cortex micro vessels and mitochondrion. The change of ultra - structure in cerebral cortex microcirculation can induce the dysfunction of cholinergic neuron and further cause the exercise -induced central fatigue.
