当代大学生是祖国的未来,是社会建设的准主力军。他们是否具有创新性素质,直接关系到祖国、民族前途。本文从心理学的角度对创新性素质进行探讨,并从社会环境、个性培养、思维训练、激活内在兴趣与求知欲、创新性学习方法等方面进行阐述,力求找到一条提高当代大学生创新性素质的途径。

Modern College students are the further of our country and the would-be power of social construction. It has something to do with the prospect of our country directly wether they having the quality of innovation. This artide researched on quality of innovation by psoychology , and narrated by social environment ,personal cultivation, logical training, inactivating inner--interest , the desire for knowledge, innovation method of study ,etc. We try our best to find a way to improve the quality of innovation of modern collegeb students.
