摘要
目的:总结烧伤后骨、肌腱裸露的临床治疗方法。方法:2005年以来对烧伤后骨、肌腱裸露创面采用全程烧伤湿性医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)综合治疗。结果:11例病人创面愈合,无畸形,功能恢复良好,出院18个月随诊,效果满意。结论:MEBT/MEBO综合治疗烧伤后骨、肌腱裸露疗效显著,方法简易,值得推广普及。
Objective： To sum up the experience in treating bone and tendon exposure post bum. Method： MEBT/MEBO was applied in the whole course in treating 11 cases of bone and tendon exposure post bum. Result： All the patients were cured. The wounds healed without deformity and the function recovered very well. After discharged from the hospital, the patients were followed -up for 6 months and the resuhs were very satisfactory. Conclusion： MEBT/MEBO is very efficacious in treating bone and tendon exposure post burn. It is easy and simple to apply and worthy to be popularized.
