湿润烧伤膏在腋臭根治术中的应用

The application MEBO in hircismus radical operation

目的:观察美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)在腋臭根治术中的作用,探寻减少腋臭根治术后并发症的方法。方法:于腋臭根治术后,即可在创缘涂布湿润烧伤膏,每日2次,共2天-3天。结果:27例51侧腋臭根治术,术后创口均Ⅰ期愈合,瘢痕不明显,功能良好。结论:在腋臭根治术后应用MEBO,可有效地预防创口不愈合及瘢痕增生等并发症。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating wounds after hircismus radical operation and to reduce the incidence of complication. Method： After operation, MEBO was applied immediately on the wound. The drug was applied 2 times a day for 2 to 3 days. Result： 27 patients involving 51 armpits were treated with MEBO after operation. All the wounds healed by 1 st intention. No scar formed. The function was good. Conclusion ： MEBO is efficacious in promoting the healing of the wound after hircismus radical operation and preventing complication and scar formation.
