皮肤再生医疗技术治疗跟腱外露疗效观察

The efficacy of skin regenerative medical technique in treating Achilles tendon exposure

目的:探讨皮肤再生医疗技术(MEBO)治疗跟腱外露的临床效果。方法:应用皮肤再生医疗技术治疗11例13处跟腱部位烧伤或外伤后跟腱外露创面。结果:疗程最短4周,最长6-8周,全部愈合。随访2个月-3个月,跟腱愈合处有轻度瘢痕形成,功能恢复正常。结论:皮肤再生医疗技术,治疗手术难以修复的烧伤或外伤后跟腱外露创面疗效可靠,能有效控制创面感染,改善局部血循环,促进创缘肉芽与皮肤再生。

Objective： To explore the efficacy of skin regenerative medical technique in treating Achilles tendon exposure. Method： 11 patients with 13 Achilles tendon exposures resulted from burn or trauma were treated with skin regenerative medical technique. Result： All the wounds were healed. The longest treating course was 6 to 8 weeks and the shortest 4 weeks. After followed - up for 2 to 3 months, the wound healed with normal fimction and slight sear formation. Conclusion： Skin regenerative medical technique is efficacious in the repair of Achilles tendon exposure resulted from bum or trauma, difficult to repair by surgical means. It can effectively control infection and promote local blood circulation, wound margin granulation and skin regeneration.
