摘要
本文介绍了一种基于横向光电效应的新型位置敏感检测器PSD,详细地分析了它的应用特点、结构和检测原理,最后还给出了它在光学三角法测距中的应用实例.
A new position sensitive detector (PSD)based-on lateral photo-electro effect is introduced in this paper and its characteristics, structure, and principle are analysed in detail. An example of its applications in light triangu-lation distance system is also presented.
