二线制温湿度仪的研制

The Development of Bi-wire Temperature & Humidity Intellinget Instrument

本文介绍了二线制温湿度仪的复合传感器的结构和工作原理。它将温湿度敏感元件和处理电路采用仿厚膜电路工艺做成固体化结构。该传感器采用二线制多通道调制技术，其输出频率信号能远距离传送温、湿度两种参数；同时还介绍了具有智能软校准、软补偿和软线性化仪表的电路原理和程序框图。

This paper introduced a new kind of bi-wire temperature & humidity compound sensor's structure and principle. It had the firm structure of thick mask circuit which consists of temperature & humidity sensor and processing circuit. The sensor used biwire multi-channel modulation technology,and its output frequency singal o.f temperature & humidity parameters can be transfered over long distance. This paper also introduced the circuit principle and program diagram of intelligent soft correction,soft compensation and soft linearization.
