摘要
建设和谐社会是我国社会转型步入后20年的关键战略时期,加强人口调控是建设和谐社会的应有之义。现阶段,我国的人口调控面临着严峻的挑战。要建设社会主义和谐社会,我们就必须与时俱进,加强人口调控,探求人口调控更优的替代政策。
Building up harmonious society is the critical period of strategic opportunity that Chinese transitional society comes into. It is important to strengthen population regulation for building up harmonious society. In the modem period ,with the serious situation of population regulation,to build up socialistic harmonious society, we have to go ahead with times, strengthen population regulation and seek for the superior policy of population regulation.
