Economic globalization makes factors of production such as capital, labours and technique flow around the world, and international resource allocation actualize. Under the circumstances, as a industry great power of the world, Japanese industrial structure must have a huge change. This paper will research on the restructuring and shift of Japanese industries, especially, focus on advanced manufacture, service industry and foreign companies.
