Synthesis of the Medicinal Intermediate N-(4-Oxocyclohexyl) Acetamid with Jones Reagent

摘要 以4-乙酰氨基环己醇为原料、Jones试剂作氧化剂合成了医药中间体4-乙酰氨基环己酮,反应条件温和、易于控制,反应时间大大缩短,收率稳定,效果令人满意。 Using Jones reagent as oxidant and 4-acetamidocyclohexanol as raw material,the medicinal intermediate N-(4-oxocyclohexyl) acetamid was synthesized. The experimental results showed: the reaction conditions were mild and controllable,the reaction time was shortened greatly while the yield was stable. Jones reagent was proved to be a satisfactory oxidant for the synthetic reaction.
