摘要
以含有0.5mol·L^-1 KCl的Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液为底液,采用循环伏安法和恒电势氧化-负向电势扫描法在石蜡-石墨粉末电极上测试了槲皮素的伏安行为,得到4个氧化峰和至少2个还原峰,探讨了氧化还原峰之间的对应关系及氧化反应机理。微分脉冲伏安法检测表明:在2.0×10^-8~4.0×10^-6mol·L^-1。浓度范围内,槲皮素主氧化峰电流与浓度存在良好的线性关系,表明该电极可用于槲皮素的微量检测。
Electrochemical behaviors of quercetin were investigated on paraffin-graphite powder electrode (PGPE) in Britton-Robinson buffer solutions involving 0. 5 mol·L^-1 KCl using cyclic voltammetry, linear sweep voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. Four oxidation peaks and at least two reduction peaks were observed on PGPE,and the oxidation mechanism of quercetin was discussed. Differential pulse voltammetry indicated that there was a good linear relationship between the main oxidation peak current of quercetin and its concentration within the range 2.0×10^-8-4.0×10^-6 mol·L^-1.
