Analysis of Volatile Components in Guava Leaves

摘要 以DB-5 MS毛细管柱分离番石榴叶己烷提取物,共得到42个峰。采用GC-MS联用技术,通过计算机检索,对比样品质谱图与标准谱图库中的谱图,鉴定了30个挥发性成分,以归一化法计算各成分的相对含量,结果显示石竹烯和1H-环丙基[e]甘菊环烃是两种含量最高的成分,相对含量分别为24.43%和11.53%。 The volatile components in the hexane extracted from guava leaves were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Individual components were identified by comiparison of mass spectra with those existing in the data system libraries. The relative contents of the separated components were determined by normalization method of area. The major components included caryophyllene and 1H-cycloprop[e]azulene, whose relative contents were 24. 43% and 11.53% respectively.
