摘要
研究了4-硝基-4ˊ氯二苯甲酮.以对硝基苯甲酰氯为原料,与氯苯在无水三氯化铝的催化下,经C-酰化反应得到4-硝基-4ˊ-氯二苯甲酮,经过正交试验,得到优化条件为对硝基苯酰氯:氯苯:三氯化铝=1:2.7:1.7(mol),反应时间1.5h,反应温度为70℃,在优化条件下实验的产率为88.9%,纯度99.2%。熔点101-103℃。
Synthesis of 4-nitro-4′-chlorobenzphenone was prepared by the reaction of 4-nitrobenzoyl chloride with chlorobenzene by the catalysis of anhydrous alchlor. The effects of thermos temperature, thermos time, catalyst quantity and the ratio of 4-nitrobenzoyl chloride to chlorobenzene were discussed on the study by the orthogonal experiment. The optimal condition was obtained that 4-nitrobenzoyl chloride: chlorobenzene: anhydrous alchlor=1:2.7:1.7 (mol), the temperature 70℃, time 1.5h. The yield of product was 88.9% with purity be 99.2% under the optimal condition.
