高职院校教务管理新探索

Teaching Affairs Management of Newly Established Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 从历史的角度来看,学校的教务管理,应该算是一个相对成熟的领域。广大的教务管理工作者在实践中积累了丰富的经验。然而,近几年中涌现出的新建高等职业院校却给有效实施教务管理提出了新的挑战。如何应对?一是正确认知新建高职院校的特点,二是正确认知这些特点在教务管理上的反映;三是在此基础上进行教务管理理念和实践上的创新。 From historical perspective, school teaching affairs management can be regarded as a relatively mature field. A large number of teaching affairs administrators have accumulated rich experience in practice, but higher vocational colleges established in the last few years have posed a new challenge to effective implementation of teaching affairs management. How to cope with that? According to the author, the characteristics of such colleges should be cognized in a right way, especially their reflections on teaching affairs management, and then on this basis comes the innovation of teaching affairs idea and practice. By combining certain teaching affairs management practices of Jiangsu College of Information Technology. (JSIT), the author tries to bring others into further study about it.
