摘要
辅导员作为学生的教育者和管理者,应当加强自身的思想道德休养;不断学习,提高理论素养;培养创新的思维方式;为学生奉献一片爱心。辅导员在工作过程中还应该掌握一些好的工作方法,如调查研究法,说服教育法,交流沟通法,人格感化法等。
As the educator and manager of the students, the assistants should strengthen the ideological and moral culture of themselves, They should also study continuously to promote theoretical quality and cultivate the innovative thinking pattern and dedicate the love hearts to the students. Meanwhile, the assistant should hold some good working methods such as the method of investigating and researching, persuading, communicating and personality influencing.
