馆藏信息资源将使电子资源与印刷资源并存。图书馆的服务将从实物借阅朝着网络化和数字化的模式发展。通过利用本馆和其他图书情报单位和信息提供者的信息资源来满足读者的信息需求。在数字图书馆环境下,图书馆的职能将发挥综合保存信息、传递信息、开发信息、网络导航及提供信息娱乐等各个方面的功能,在信息资源建设和服务上呈现出自身的特色。

The collected information resources will make the electronic resources and the printing resources coexist. The service of the library will develop from the entity move to the mode of networkation and digitization. The information needs of the readers are met by using the information resources from the library itself, other libraries and the information supporter. In the digital environment the library will provide functions such as the information saving, transferring, developing, the network navigating and the information amusement. By this way it will show its characteristics on the information resources construction and service.
