摘要 环境雌激素的存在直接威胁野生动物的生存和人类健康,其作用机制及筛选方法研究已成为热点。卵黄蛋白原是近年来广泛应用的生物标志物,常用酶联免疫吸附实验来检测,本文就用酶联免疫吸附实验来检测卵黄蛋白原的原理及具体过程和应用进行了详细综述。 Environmental estrogens have directly threatened the existing of wild life and health of human beings. The study on the mechanisms and screening methods of them has been the hot topic in the research. Recently, vitellogenin (VTG) has been studied extensively as a biomarker using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Here we will review the principle, the process and application of ELISA for VTG.
