Simultaneous Determination for Aloin and Aloe-emodin in Aloe Juice by RP—HPLC

建立了应用 RP—HPLC 法同时测定芦荟汁中芦荟苷和芦荟大黄素含量的方法．流动相：甲醇-水(55：45)；检测波长：225nm；线性范围：芦荟苷为0．0162μg～0．162μg,r=0．9998,芦荟大黄素为0．0066μg～0．066μg,r=0．9997；平均回收率：芦荟苷为101．13%,RSD 1．39%,芦荟大黄素为100．05%,RSD 1．28%。该方法灵敏,准确,简便快速。

A new simultaneous determination for aloin and aloe-emodin in Aloe iuice by RP-- HPLC was established. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（55：45） and detection was at 225nm;the established method was linear in the range of 0.0162μg～0.162μg（r=-0.9998） for aloin and was linear in the range of 0.0066 μg～ 0.066 μg （r=-0.9997） for aloe-emodin;the average recovery was 101.13% with 1.39% of RSD for aloin and was 100.05% with 1.28% of RSD for aloin .The method was sensitive,simple and accurate.
