摘要
目的:建立肉鸡肌肉原料中8种脂肪酸含量的毛细管气相色谱分析方法。方法:采用石英毛细管气相色谱柱,利用外标法同时定量分析8种脂肪酸含量。结果:线性关系(r)分别为0.9996~0.9999,加标回收率分别为99.7%~ 101.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.16%~0.94%。结论:采用毛细管气相色谱法同时分析多种脂肪酸,简便、高效、准确、分析时间适中。
This paper give a method to determine eight type fatty acids in the muscle of chicken by capillary gas chromatography. The result of this method : r is 0.9996 - 0.9999, recovery is 99.7 % - 101.2 and RSD is 0.16% - 0.94 .The conclusion of this method : to determine fatty acid in the muscle of chicken by capillary gas chromatography is very easy, high efficiency, accuracy and quickly.
