摘要
研究了不同焊接工艺对SUS316奥氏体不锈钢焊接接头的抗腐蚀性能。分别采用了钨极氩弧焊(TIG)、熔化极钨极氩弧焊(MIG)和钨极氩弧焊加填丝(TIG+M)的方法焊接SUS316奥氏体不锈钢,焊接材料选用超低碳高铬镍焊丝H0Cr19Ni12Mo2。利用金相显微镜、晶间腐蚀实验和电化学腐蚀等的测试分析方法,对不同焊接工艺条件下的化学成分、显微组织和抗腐蚀性能进行了分析研究。结果表明,焊缝区抗晶间腐蚀性能依次为母材>TIG+M>MIG>TIG,焊缝区在硫酸溶液中的抗电压学腐蚀性能依次为:TIG+M>MIG>TIG。
By applying different welding procedure,The corrosion resistance of SUS316 stainless steel welded joint were studied in this paper,TIG welding with argon shielding,MIG welding and TIG welding with low carbon, high chromium and nickel welding wire(00Cr19Ni12Mo2) were used to weld austenitic stainless steel SUS316, the chemical composition ,microstructure and the corrosion resistance of the welded joint were studied by use of the metallographic microscope, Huey test and the electrochemical analysis. It is proved that TIG+M and MIG welding have better corrosion resistance than TIG without welding wire.
