摘要 为了有效地利用喷雾技术沉降工矿企业作业场所中的粉尘,通过对水雾粒度与供水压力的内在联系进行理论分析与研究,结合粉尘沉降效率与水雾粒度的关系,得出粉尘沉降效率与喷雾水压力之间的关系,应用MATLAB软件将其绘制成曲线图。针对一定口径的雾化喷嘴,不同的供水压力对应不同的粉尘沉降效率曲线,且压力越大,效率越高。通过实践,实测降尘效率与曲线图上对应的值很接近,因此,可以以该曲线图为依据指导实际工作。当限定耗水量时,宜选择小口径雾化喷嘴,可以提高喷雾水压力获得细微的水雾,从而达到较高的降尘效率;对于粒径大于2μm的粉尘,在相同供水压力下,各级别粒度的粉尘沉降效率变化不大。此外,惯性碰撞捕尘机理对于粒径小于2μm的粉尘,沉降效率急剧下降,尤其是在供水压力比较低的情况下。 For making well of spray technique to reduce the dust of working site in mine, studing and analyzing the inside relation of droplet size and water pressure, combining the connection of droplet size and efficiency of reducing dust, the relation of efficiency of reducing dust and supply water pressure was obtained and drawn to curves plot by MATLAB. Differrent water pres- sure corresponds one curve plot, the more the water pressure, the higher the efficiency of reducing dust. In the practice, it was confirmed. So, the curves plot can he used to guide real work. When the water volume is limited, small bore spray nozzle is suitable, spray water pressure can be increase and smaller water fume grain can be obtained, so that the higher efficiency of reducing dust can be reached. Therefore, for the big dust,whose grain diameter is bigger than 2μm, under the same supply water pressure the efficiency which's of reducing dust has little change. In adition, for the little dust,whose grain diameter is smaller than 2 μm, the efficiency of reducing dust is decreasing rapidly,which is obvious in the lower water pressure.
