摘要
将先进的计算机通信技术应用于电动阀门的控制系统中,以现场总线PROFIBUS通讯协议为标准,提出电动阀门控制系统设计的新方案,实现电动阀门的自动控制、主从分机之间的数字通信等功能。阐述了控制系统的总体设计思想,给出了KD-1型电动阀门控制器的硬件设计原理图及软件设计框图,并对PROFIBUS通讯协议进行了详细的介绍。
This paper presented a new design scheme about the control system of the electric valves based on PROFIBUS fieldbus to carry out the automatic control of the electric valve. The construction of the whol sign flowchart of KD-1 e cussed in the end of the e system, the hardware structure and software flow are proposed, the delectronic valve controller is introduced, the protocol of PROFIBUS is dispaper.
