On Cultural Autonomy in Globalization Process

全球化浪潮给各国特别是发展中国家带来了如何维护文化主权,保障文化安全的新问题。在文化全球化进程中,文化主权与文化霸权的斗争日益激烈,发展中国家既要反对文化霸权主义,也要防止文化孤立主义,这样才能更好地维护民族文化主权,做强民族本土文化。

The globalization tide has brought to all countries, especially developing ones, new problerns about how to maintain cultural autonomy and safeguard cultural safety. In globalization process, fighting between cultural autonomy and cultural domination is increasingly intense. Developing countries are against cultural hegemonism and avoid cultural isolationism as well, which will do better in maintaining national cultural autonomy and strengthen national local culture.
