摘要
随着我国对外贸易的迅速发展,反倾销这种“合法”的贸易保护措施已成为一些国家实施贸易壁垒的重要形式;笔者对外国对我国进行反倾销的现状和原因作了分析,并对我国应采取的对策提出了自己的看法。
The trade protection measure of antidumping has become an important form of performing trade barrier in some country along with the rapid development of our external trade. The author analyses the actuality and causations of foreign antidumping, puts forward some opinions on the relevant contermeasures.
