摘要
针对旋筛式碾米机筛筒的机械传动系统故障,对旋筛式碾米机的力能传输规律进行分析表明,旋筛式碾米机空载与负载时的力能传输路线完全不同。筛筒的机械传动系统设计必须以米筛的摩擦转矩为依据,并要考虑碾米机闷车时的严重情况。通过实例分析进行了验证。
On the basis of the mechanical transmission failure of the rice mill with rotating screen barrel, force and energy of transmission system in the rice mill is analyzed. The result indicated that the force and energy of transmitting path of the rice mill on load condition is completely different from no load condition. The design of mechanical transmission system of rotating screen barrel must be based on the friction torque on the rice screen and its over load condition. This conclusion is verified by a design instance.
