在高校管理工作中存在着非法治化现象,究其原因,既有思想观念的问题,也有法律制度的问题。实现依法治校,需要转变观念,与时俱进,依法制定、完善规章制度,寻求高校管理制度与相关法律法规的结合点。

There still exists the illegalization phenomenon during the management work of colleges and universities. The reason is concerned with the problems of both idealogical concepts and law system. The realization of administering a school accoring to law needs the transformation of concepts to keep up with the times. Moreover ,Rules and Regulations should be formulated and perfected according to law to seek the best combination point of management system of colleges and universities and laws and rules.
