摘要
人是图书馆知识管理活动中最重要的因素。基于知识管理的图书馆人力整合涉及员工招聘、员工结构和员工团队。前者应综合权衡核心价值观、知识水平、内选与外聘、长期雇佣与临时雇佣、内在吸引与外在吸引等因素;中者应从专业、能级、智能、年龄、源缘和岗位结构入手;后者可通过成立学术研究群体、质量改进团队和虚拟团队等措施来贯彻。
Man is one of the most important factors that influence library knowledge management, so maneuvers of manpower integration of library based on the knowledge management are composed of the following three aspects, which include the integration of employment of library personnel, the integration of the library personnel structure and that of the library personnel team.
